CUSTOMER REVIEWS:
Alex Mrazek, Surfer (Canada)
I usually surf Tofino
on Vancouver Island or drive 4 hours to Oregon in the US even if its 2ft onshore slop. The water can get down around 8 degrees but with
the Hotsuits Heated Kidney Belt I never have to worry about being cold.
Simon Larcey, Kitesurfer (UK)
I have one for myself
and one for my students to wear when they are learning. I keep spare heaters on
the beach for when the wind is up and I am in the water all day.
Anthony Raduka, Tow in
Surfer (Australia)
I do heaps of tow in
surfing in some really remote areas. I mainly use the kidney belt to keep me
warm when I’m driving the sled. I also have a spare pack which I keep on the
sled for later in the day. Sick product, small price to pay!
Troy Wekworth, PADI
Instructor (Australia)
Being an instructor I
am in the water almost every day. I find the kidney belt great especially for
night dives and longer nitrox dives where I can activate it later in the dive.
I also loan it to my class to use. This is especially useful for the women who
really feel the cold it also encourages people to join you in a second dive.
Karen Rhodes, Windsurfer (South Africa)
To the team at
Hotsuits, thankyou for making my sport that much more enjoyable. I have told
all my friends how good they are so you should be expecting some more orders
soon. Keep up the good work, Karen.
Port Fairy Dive
Charters (Australia)
I rent the Hotsuits
Heated Kidney Belt as part my rental suit range and for my beginner courses.
That way my customers learning to dive for the first time can concentrate on
having fun and not being cold. Everybody that has tried it so far has bought
one off me.
Barton Lynch, Ex-World
Champion Surfer (Australia)
Great concept, wish
they were around years ago when I was on the touring circuit. The positioning
of the heat pack is not only is great for warmth but even more important it
doesn’t restrict your movement in any way when paddling for a wave.
Tom Whitaker, Wakeboarder (USA)
Now I have a “Hotsuits
Heated Kidney Belt” I get all the chicks (if only) seriously what it has done
though is extend my season and get me in the water more often. I also use it
when I ride Motocross. Buy one you won’t be disappointed.
Max Larsson, Surfer (Sweden)
Last week it was -10c
air temp, snow on the ground and about 2c in the water. Normally I only last
about 30 mins wearing a 6/5/4 with hood, gloves and booties. Since I have
purchased a heated kidney belt I have more than doubled the time in the water.
Bill Woods, Diver (Alaska)
Up here we dive
drysuits all year round. I have a dodgy back and I thought I would give the
Hotsuits Heated Kidney Belt a go. I was pleasantly surprised that I could still
activate it through my tri-laminate drysuit even wearing a 5mm glove.
Ross, Rasta Surf Company
(Australia)
I have been selling the
Heated Kidney Belt to some of the older long boarding crew. The feedback that I
get is that the heaters not only allow them stay in the water longer when the
waves are good but it also helps with flexibility and back support which is a
bonus.
